13.3. Forward stabilizer of cross stability

13.3.1. Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Unscrew three bolts and remove protection of the right and left forward wings.
3. Unscrew drafts of the stabilizer from the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket.
4. Unscrew drafts of the stabilizer from the stabilizer of cross stability. 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the clips fixing the stabilizer of cross resistance to the lower frame.
6. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of steering transfer.
8. Remove steering transfer and take the stabilizer of cross stability from under the left wing.
9. Check the stabilizer for lack of wear and mechanical damages. Pay special attention to a condition of plugs of installation of the stabilizer.

10. Check a condition of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer. For check of a condition of the spherical hinge establish draft of the stabilizer in a vice, screw a nut on a pin of the spherical hinge and, using a dynamometer key, turn 4 times a pin of the spherical hinge and, turning the 5th time a pin of the spherical hinge, define torque which needs to be put for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge. Torque size for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge has to make from 0,5 to 10 Nanometers. Otherwise replace draft of the stabilizer.
