PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and merge cooling liquid from the engine cooling system.
2. Take off a gear belt.
3. Unscrew a bolt, the fixing thermostat casing to an adjusting level of the generator and remove a casing of the thermostat and the thermostat. On engines 1MZ-FE remove a back casing of a gear belt (see rice. An arrangement of brackets of fastening of a plait of wires to a back casing of a gear belt).
	4. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of the water pump and remove the water pump. On the engine 1MZ-FE there are two long racks which need previously to be unscrewed.
	5. Clear all interfaced surfaces of the water pump. Put a layer of sealant with a diameter of 2-3 mm in a flute of the interfaced surface of the water pump (see rice. Places of drawing a layer of sealant in a flute of the interfaced surface of the water pump). On the engine 1MZ-FE instead of sealant use rubber laying.
6. Install the water pump on the engine and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
7. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in cooling liquid in the engine cooling system.
