6.15. Valve of the mode of idling of the air conditioning system

6.15.1. Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Tighten the parking brake and install the gear shifting lever in neutral situation. Connect a tachometer according to instructions of manufacturer. Connect a wire from a tachometer to contact of IG of the electric socket (see rice. Connection of a tachometer to contact of the IG socket of communication of the data located in the lower part of a motor compartment). Start the engine and warm up it up to the normal working temperature. Turn on the air conditioning system.
2. Using an additional wire, close contacts of TE1 and E1 of the electric socket (see subsection 6.13.6, point 2).
3. Check that turns of the engine increased to 1000–2000 rpm approximately by 3 sec. then idling turns were established. In 15 sec. check again idling turns which have to be 100 rpm more than usual turns of idling. If turns of idling increased more, than by 100 rpm, rotating the adjusting screw, establish the corresponding turns. If turns of idling did not change or even decreased, check resistance of the valve of idling of air conditioning system.
4. Remove the additional closing wire.
5. Disconnect the electric socket from the valve of the mode of turns of idling of air conditioning system.
6. Measure the idling mode valve resistance which has to make 30–34 Ohms.
7. Using additional wires, give accumulator tension to contacts of the valve of the mode of idling and blow the valve, giving compressed air to the top channel. At connection of the accumulator air has to pass, at shutdown of the accumulator air should not pass through the valve.
