GENERAL INFORMATION

Places of measurement of diameter of a sleeve of each cylinder in the top part (A) in the center (V) and at the basis (C)

 


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually check the block of cylinders for corrosion existence. Check integrity of a carving in carving openings.
2. Check diameter of cylinders of the engine for wear on existence of a step in the top part of the cylinder.
3. In the presence of the measuring tool measure diameter of a sleeve of each cylinder in the top part (under a wear step) in the center and at the basis parallel to an axis of a bent shaft.
4. Then perform the same measurements perpendicular to an axis of a bent shaft and compare them to specifications. Repeat the procedure of measurement on other sleeves of cylinders.
5. Using a steel line and an edge of the probe, check planeness of the interfaced surface of the block of cylinders of the engine.
