The cut rubber hose used for removal of the hinge of equal angular speeds

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover.
2. Unscrew 6 bolts of fastening of the internal hinge of a power shaft. 3. Using a copper drift, bring down a driving flange from the internal hinge of a power shaft.
4. Separate a driving flange from the hinge of a power shaft.
5. By means of flat-nose pliers or the screw-driver remove a lock ring of fastening of the hinge of equal angular speeds to a power shaft.
6. Shift a protective cover of the hinge of equal angular speeds on a power shaft. 7. Using two curved plates and 4 bolts, record from loss from the case of internal elements of the hinge.
8. Establish the cut piece of a hose 75 mm long (see rice. The cut rubber hose used for removal of the hinge of equal angular speeds) on a power shaft to the spherical hinge.
9. Establish a power shaft with the hinge in a vice so that the rubber hose leaned on sponges of a vice.
10. Note the mutual provision of an internal ring of the case and an external ring of the hinge and, using a copper drift, beat out a power shaft from the hinge.
